Would be a realm in affordable housing ?

Would DC be a realm in affordable housing? Or it still has to cover the fair amount of distance..? I am always in a big support of District Energy solutions whether it’s centralized heating or cooling, but when I have been asked to compare it to the conventional cooling methods to those areas where affordability is a big concern then I really have to think twice, explaining pros and cons in this article will definitely provide an end-user perspective versus DC industry….
