We often go through such situations which clearly shows the double standards of this competitive industry, where employers are eager to head hunt the candidates from their competitors, but the case is not (always) about hiring the best talent… The question is, if those candidates are of such a great importance (when they are hired from competitors) then why they are not allowed to take career growth opportunities by leaving to other competitor(s)???
